Change password This is a new service and not all residents will be able to use this facility at the moment due to the internal systems at A2. Unfortunately A2 Winchester residents and residents living in NHS Trust accommodation will not be able to register. We hope that in the next few months this service will be available to all residents.

All fields in bold, must be completed.

A2HG Reference Number
	Your A2Hg reference number is the first seven digits of your tenancy agreement number. This can be found on your rent and service charge statements.

Email address
Telephone

Username
	Your username is required every time you log into the site and must be no longer than 65 alphanumeric characters.
Password
	Your password should be something that you remember and consist of 8 to 20 alphanumeric characters.
Confirm Password
	Please re-enter your password for confirmation.
