This is a new service and not all residents will be able to use this facility at the moment due to the internal systems at A2. Unfortunately A2 Winchester residents and residents living in NHS Trust accommodation will not be able to register. We hope that in the next few months this service will be available to all residents.

	Your A2Hg reference number is the first seven digits of your tenancy agreement number. This can be found on your rent and service charge statements.
