If you pay utility bills (gas, electric, phone and water), it is your responsibility to let the utility companies, other agencies (banks) and your Council Tax Office know that you have moved. You will need to take meter readings before you move out and tell the utility companies.

If you claim Housing Benefit, it is essential you tell your local council that you have moved.

You should also get your mail redirected at the post office. We cannot accept responsibility for any post that goes missing.
