Here you will find information and advice on your tenancy and the services we provide.     Leaseholders and shared owners - Existing leaseholders and shared owners.     Onsite key workers and students - Living in NHS Trust or Student accommodation manages by A2.     Sheltered and supported residents - Residents living in one of our sheltered or supported schemes, including Westgate Support & Care.

    Intermediate rent tenants - Residents living in properties on an assured shorthold tenancy basis at below market rent.
