• Explain the whole process to you clearly before you buy your home.
• Be available to discuss the matter at our offices, on the phone or by email.
• Have a private room available at our offices if you want to discuss anything in private.
• Treat information about you sensitively and in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Provide you with a handbook explaining the services we provide to leaseholders (once you have bought your home).
• Give you a list of solicitors (if you need one) who can help you buy your home.
• Provide information produced by the Government or any other publications that will help you make decisions on buying your home.
• Guide you through every step of buying your home.
