We have put different types of antisocial behaviour and nuisance into three categories. Each category has a timescale for how quickly we will respond to your report. These are a few examples of the types of behaviour we include in each category. We will let you know how quickly we will respond to your report.
Category one
Extreme cases of antisocial behaviour - One working day
This includes incidents of harassment and intimidating behaviour including serious criminal behaviour and may include damage to property, threats or assault. In an emergency, please contact the Police on 999 and get a reference number.
Category two
Serious cases of antisocial behaviour - Three working days
This includes allegations of aggressive or abusive behaviour, frequent disturbances, vandalism and criminal damage, including graffiti.
Category three
Neighbour nuisance - Seven working days
This category includes allegations which involve simple breaks of a tenancy
agreement for example, nuisance caused by pets including dog fouling, minor noise nuisance, disputes over access, untidy gardens, litter, running a business without permission, parking in undesignated parking areas on shared grounds.
