We want to make our neighbourhoods, properties and estates peaceful and secure places to live. We will do this by working with residents and other agencies to:

• take action to stop antisocial behaviour of any kind
• respond to complaints within set timescales and in an efficient, sensitive and consistent manner
• offer support to the complainant and take action against those responsible
• we will encourage and help residents to solve their differences themselves, wherever possible.
