You have to pay your rent and service charge as a condition of your tenancy or lease agreement. We depend on your rent to help us to provide a full range of high-quality services to all our on-site residents including:

• maintenance
• major repairs and improvements
• caretaking
• cleaning
• lighting of shared areas
• landscaping
• rent collection and administration charges
• Council Tax

We will give you four week's notice in writing when we are going to change your rent. We increase our rent every year in-line with the retail price index (on 1 April each year). The retail price index is what the Government uses to decide how much inflation will increase by every year.
