Day to day repairs

We aim to carry out repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible and tackle the most serious ones first. While we are always looking at ways we can improve our service, it is important that you are aware of repair responsibilities and response times.

This part of the website contains information on what repairs you can expect us to complete. It also includes details of how you can report a repair, advice on how to deal with repairs (including emergency repairs) and tells you when we will fix the different types of repairs.
