You have to pay your rent and service charge as a condition of your tenancy or lease agreement. We depend on your rent to help us to provide a full range of high-quality services to all our residents including:

• day-to-day repairs to homes;
• major repairs and improvements; and
• paying the interest on loans we have to help us provide homes.

We will give you four week's notice in writing when we are going to change your rent. We increase our rent every year in-line with the retail price index. The retail price index is what the Government uses to decide how much inflation will increase by every year.
