We will inspect your home before you move out. You must leave your home in a good condition. This means that:

• you should repair any minor faults that are your responsibility;
• leave it clean and tidy;
• the decoration should be of a good standard so that the next tenants can move in without having to decorate;
• you should take up any floor coverings unless you have arranged in writing that these can be left; and
• you should empty the home of your belongings and rubbish. If you have any larger items to get rid of (such as a fridge), please contact your local council.

If you have not done this, we may charge you.
