A2 Housing Group: Mutual exchange

One of the quickest and easiest ways to move home is by exchanging with another one of our residents. This is called a mutual exchange as you both need to agree to swap.

Using our new online service you can view a list of the homes currently available to exchange. You can also submit the home you want to exchange by using our online form.

You can also find out more about mutual exchanges by contacting your scheme manager in the usual way.

When you find someone you would like to exchange homes with you will need to fill in a separate application form and post it to your scheme manager who will assess your application. You must not exchange your home without getting our permission in writing first.
