Your local estate manager carries out regular scheme and estate inspections. During these inspections, we need to check for various things that may pose a health and safety risk such as lifted paving slabs. We also look for things in the surrounding area, such as adandoned vehicles. If we find any problems, we can take action to sort the problem out.

We have a regular programme of site visits and will visit each site at least once a year. We will send you a letter telling you when we will inspect your estate. Please contact us if you want to join us on an inspection. You can find a list of the estates due for an inspection in the next few weeks below.
