We aim to carry out repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible and tackle the most serious ones first. While we are always looking at ways we can improve our service, it is important that you are aware of what repairs you are responsible for.

The responsibility for repairs is written into your lease. Your lease will tell you exactly what these responsibilities are and they will be different depending on whether you live in a house, maisonette or flat.

The information contained on this part of the website gives a general outline of what you are likely to be directly responsible for, and those repairs that we should carry out and recharge for through the service charges. You should always check the terms of your lease if you are in any doubt over your responsibilities.
