How to pay

Market rent residents should pay their rent directly to their agents.

Your intermediate rent agreement tells you when you need to pay your rent and service charge. To check how much rent and service charge you owe, make sure you read your rent statement. We will send you a statement four times a year.

There are many different options available to pay your rent. Each page has details of the different ways to pay:
