Someone else may also report an incident on your behalf. It is important that you give exact details of what the nuisance is, giving times and dates as accurately as you can.

If you ask us not to release your name, we will respect this and we will tell the person who is causing the nuisance that we cannot give them your name because of confidentiality. However, sometimes your complaint will be so specific that it will be obvious to the other person who has complained.
