We have sheltered and supported housing across Greater London and the western home counties, stretching as far as Oxfordshire.
We provide care and support for older people so that they may live securely in comfort and retain dignity within a supportive and friendly community.
Our homes
We currently provide accommodation throughout the south east in self-contained single, double and studio flats. Each has a separate bathroom and fitted kitchen. They are designed for older residents with independence in mind. Each has its own front door and all flats have modern central heating, double-glazing and 24-hour emergency call facility. Why not take a look at the sheltered homes we have available.
Communal facilities
At the heart of each our communities is our communal facilities. We are committed to providing the highest standards to areas where our residents can meet and socialise. Typically, each of our communities has a residents' lounge and dining room, well maintained and stocked gardens, and plenty of garden areas.
Support services
The A2 sheltered and supported division provides a range of support services to meet the needs of our residents. These can include: -
- Residential/non-residential scheme managers
- Visiting chiropodist
- Hairdressing salon
- Visiting GP
- Mobile library
- Laundry facilities
- Restaurant/lunch Club facilities in many schemes
- Various social activities
Care is provided by an on site care team in some schemes and managed by the scheme manager. So if routine household tasks are getting a bit too difficult we can provide a care package tailor-made to meet individual needs.
