- We will aim to answer the telephone within 20 seconds
- If we can't answer your call and you leave us a message we will come back to you within 1 working day
- We will see visitors within twenty minutes of arrival at our offi ces without an appointment
- We will see visitors within five minutes of arrival at our offices with an appointment
- We will always wear an identification badge when we meet you and give our name when you call
- Treat information about you sensitively and in accordance with the data protection act 1998
- Send out a full shared ownership information pack with available property details within 48 hours
- Once you have returned your application form, we will let you know if you are eligible for shared ownership within 10 working days
- Respond to your written questions or requests within 10 working days
- Arrange an individual one to one appointment to view a show home (where possible) with the option of a Saturday viewing (between 10am - 4pm) if weekdays (between 9am and 5pm during winter or 9am - 6pm during summer) aren't convenient
- Explain clearly how the part buy, part rent scheme works and provide a brochure for you to take away which clearly explains your rights and responsibilities
- Provide a copy of our standard lease for you upon request
- Provide a clear cost schedule showing cost of the share available, rent on unsold share and any other costs (i.e. service charges)
- Provide a list of financial advisors who specialise in part buy part rent mortgages (of course, you are welcome to use your own advisor as well)
- Provide a list of solicitors who can act for you when buying a part buy part rent home (again, you can choose your own solicitor if you wish)
- Have up to date information about the services that we and other agencies offer; e.g homebuy agents
Offer interpretation and translation services upon request
- Offer our literature on audio tape, large print and Braille if requested
- Where possible, offer you a choice on finishes within your new home (this is subject to the stage of construction)
- Have a private room available at our offices if you want to discuss anything in private
- Provide you with a brochure on the development detailing information on room sizes and specification and an artists impression of the building (where available)
- Explain the homebuying process and have sales consultants available during office hours to answer any queries
- On the day of completion we will arrange to meet you at your new home and walk you through, explaining how key features of your home work and take a meter reading for you
- Provide up to date information via our website
- Keep you up to date on developments available via our text messaging service
- Upon reserving a property you will be allocated a sales person and given their full contact details
- We will call you every two weeks during the sales process to update you on your sale and give help and advice on any queries you may have.
