A2's suggestion services has been created to give you the chance to provide suggestions - good or bad, on any aspect of our service.
So who can make a suggestion?
The answer is - everyone who is connected to us including:
- Our customers - residents and other people living in our homes
- Our partners - organisations, local authorities and related companies who partner us in our day to day activities
- Our staff - whose opinions and thoughts are vital to the successful future in which way we deliver our range of services
What do we want to hear from you?
We want to listen to any comments that can have a positive impact to the way in which we can provide housing solutions in the future. Including your thoughts on how we currently perform and your suggestions that may improve our service. It is so important for us to get an independent opinion - looking at ourselves from the inside is never enough.

What will we do with the suggestion?
All suggestions will be monitored by senior staff at A2. We study all comments submitted to see if they can change how we shape the organisation in the future.
You can give us your suggestions anonomyously (where you don't give us your name). If you want a response to your suggestion, please gives us your name and address.
How will we tell you about customer feedback?
We will report every three months on the type of feedback we receive and what we are doing about it. You will be able to see this information in the following places:
- Our newsletter for residents
- The newsletter for staff, Board Members and our business partners
- The residents annual report - our summary of the previous year's activities and achievements
It is always good to hear that we are doing things right, and such feedback gives us the confidence to move forward systems and procedures that work.
