We will:

• put you at the heart of how we deliver services and find out what you think of the services we provide, by using a number of methods, including:
• • surveys;
  • resident groups and panels;
  • a feedback scheme; and
  • focus groups;
• provide transport to meeting;
• help towards the cost of childcare;
• provide support or training to give you the skills and confidence to allow you to get involved;
• provide support for setting up and maintaining resident groups;
• consult you on all significant changes we plan to make to the way we work;
• consult you fully when we plan to carry out major work or maintenance to your home, or the area where you live;
• make sure you are represented on our board of management; and
• monitor and identify where we are weak on involving residents, and aim to improve this.
