What other surveys do we offer?

We regularly carry out satisfaction surveys with our residents. Below are some examples of the surveys that we carry out:

• Tenants' satisfaction survey
• Shared owner and leasehold satisfaction survey
• Sheltered-housing satisfaction survey
• On-site key worker satisfaction survey

We also carry out rolling surveys every time we provide a service. We read every comment sent back and, if something isn't good enough, we go back and do it better.

• complaints; and
• how we design new properties.
