Consultation on Common Lettings Policy and Banding for SEARCH Moves

In the next step towards introducing a choice based lettings system, we would like to hear your views on the SEARCH Moves common lettings policy and banding (click HERE for policy). We are asking all Registered Social Landlords and other stakeholders operating within the North Surrey area for their feedback and we would welcome the views of our residents on this document which has been developed as the common lettings policy by the partnership which consists of Spelthorne BC, Elmbridge BC, Runnymede BC, A2 Housing Group and Elmbridge Housing Trust. Closing date for comments is 31 May 2008.
Choice Based Lettings is anticipated to be implemented in North Surrey towards the end of 2008.
