Job of the week
Project Managers - Housing Development (Ref: A207109)
Salary: circa £35,000
Hours: 36 hours per week Mon to Fri (
Location: Head Office, Spelthorne House, Staines, Middlesex

This is a unique opportunity to join our fast growing team. A key source of on-site leadership, you'll manage a huge range of building and renovation projects - driving them from initial costing and application right through to successful completion. As you'll be liaising with everyone from consultants, contractors and clients alike, the level of involvement is exceptional, as is the sheer variety of issues you'll handle both during and after each project's time span.
Project Management experience is vital, be it gained within a Housing Association, a Local Authority or a building or property environment. You must be a natural communicator, with the ability to negotiate and build positive relationships at all levels. Organised and adaptable, you will also need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. While not essential, knowledge of a development appraisal system would prove an asset.
