The Holding Company provides central services to each of its Group members

Affordable housing solutions for all, including key worker accommodation and New Build HomeBuy (shared ownership)

Providing low cost, rented housing across London and the south east

A2 Winchester
Providing and managing quality homes in and around Hampshire including support and care schemes.

A2 Housing Finance
Raising loans and managing funds across the Group.

A2 Enterprises Limited
Non grant funded activities including private rent and open market sale. This is marketed under our brand A Plus New Homes.
