63% of residents said that they would use a shared TV room if one was available.
As part of the current re-fit programme, we are making areas available for some shared areas.

36% of the residents who did not feel settled said they did not know where to go for help and support.
Residents at Oxford now get a personal invitation to residents meetings, which at some sites now operate on a "drop in" basis over a longer period of time, to allow more people to attend.

Some residents felt unsettled in their homes.
We are now providing more shared areas to allow residents to interact with each other and form friendships.

49% of residents said that the kitchen space was not big enough and felt that dining space was needed.
We are now providing dining rooms and are reducing the number of people that share kitchen facilities.

Residents in Oxford said that they had problems with parking due to non-residents having access to parking areas.
Barriers now installed at the Churchill site and planned for the Ivy Lane site.

80% of residents said that they would have liked further information on local facilities when they first moved in.
There is now a local guide in all accommodation offices to allow residents to share information about the area.
