Welcome to the resident involvement section of the A2 website. This section of the site provides information on how you can become more involved in shaping our services.

Here you can link through to our residents' website, get useful information on resident group meetings and share your thoughts on our service by using our bulletin board. The resident website is a dedicated site run by residents themselves.

You can also give your opinions on our services right here by completing online surveys. We closely analyse our survey findings and feed results back into service improvements across the Group.

Our resident involvement statement

'A2 Housing Group is committed to involving all its residents in all aspects of the group's business. It believes that by working closely with residents across the associations that make up A2 Housing Group, and by developing effective two-way communications, partnerships and involvement mechanisms, we can deliver quality services that meet the needs and aspirations of our customers.

The group actively supports resident involvement and aims to provide a diverse range of ways in which residents can get involved; and at a level with which they themselves feel comfortable.

A2 as an organisation, and your resident involvement team, provide residents with opportunities to influence decisions both locally and strategically, and to provide relevant training, encouragement and support in order for residents to achieve this.
