Our complaints and feedback service has recently gone through a 'best value review' - where a service is examined to make sure we are providing it in the most efficient and cost effective way. As a result of the review we have launched a new service called 'customer feedback'.

The new service allows you to either make a complaint, a suggestion or give us a compliment.
