We regularly carry out satisfaction surveys with our residents, normally ever two years. Below are some examples of the surveys we carry out along with findings from our most recent.
Tenants' satisfaction survey
We regularly survey our tenants using the National Housing Federation's STATUS survey. The next tenants' satisfaction survey is scheduled for Winter 2007.
Shared owner and leaseholder survey
The next shared owner and leaseholder satisfaction survey is scheduled for Autumn 2007.
Sheltered housing satisfaction survey
Specifically for sheltered residents, the next survey is scheduled for the end of 2007.
Key worker on-site satisfaction survey
Specifically for on-site key workers, the last survey we carried out was in 2006.
Rolling surveys
We try to get feedback every time we provide a service. We currently run the following surveys on a monthly basis:
- Responsive repairs
- New tenant sign up
- Shared ownership sales
- Gas safety inspections
- Reception services
- Complaints
- New build service
- Planned maintenance
Other surveys
We regularly undertake mystery shops of our services to see how well we respond to the needs of our customers. The latest wave of mystery shopping was carried out in late 2006, with more planned for 2007.
Communications survey
We sometimes survey our residents to find out what they think of the way we communicate with them. For example through newsletters and handbooks. We are planning to run one of these Surveys in Autumn 2007.
Partners survey
We sometimes run surveys to gain an insight into how A2 is perceived by its business partners. The last survey was carried out in 2006.
Website survey
We regularly run surveys to find out what our vistors think of our website. See our previous results.
What we do with our surveys
We are constantly reviewing each survey to ensure we're getting the most important information out of our research.
We report back on the results of all our surveys in our quarterly newsletters to our customers.
Following each survey we draw up a list of actions which are then monitored closely by the department responsible.
